    • How long does it take you to build and publish my website?
    • Normally it take around 2-3 weeks from the time you sign up to get you website up and running. This time will vary depending on many factors such as how quickly we get all the information we need from you.
    • How do you build my site?
    • When you sign up we send you a welcome pack. This pack outlines all the things we need from you to build your site. For example we ask you to send photos or past brochures. We use these to build your site. Once we have completed a draft of your site we'll be in contact to get some feedback. Any changes that are needed will then be made and shortly after your site will go live.
    • Will my site be listed on the search sites?
    • All site we build are optimised so as that it achieves the highest possible page ranking. Your site should over time appear on most search engines automatically however for assurance and speed we recommend adding the search submission add-on when you sign-up and we will manually go to each major search engine and submit your site.
    • How do you get all the information to build my site?
    • When you sign up we send you a welcome pack which outlines all the things we need you to send us to build your site. Put it all in an envelope, pop it in a post box and leave the rest to us.
    • Why is the site is so cheap?
    • Our business model has been developed with small businesses in mind. We know that you probably don't have buckets of money to spend, especially if your just starting out so we have developed a model where we can take advantage of economies of scale to reduce our costs and thus also our prices.
    • Can I host my site on my own servers?
    • Unfortunately because of the rich functionality which comes with your site it is necessary to host your site on our servers to ensure all access rights and permissions are in place.
    • If I sign up to the starter package what happens to the hosting after 12 months?
    • Your hosting must be renewed after every twelve month period with the starter package. Hosting renewal costs 1£101+vat and covers the next 12 months.
    • What if I want to make changes to my site's content?
    • The standard package comes complete with content management which means you can log into your website management console at any time and edit text and images. Alternatively, or if you have signed up to the starter package, we can make any changes you would like and will quote for these changes on a change by change basis.
